01 / SDU ASSEMBLY

Response to a pressing load.

The September 2023 study evaluated stress and displacement under a specified pressing load on an SDU assembly, with defined material properties and fixed supports.

The report included a factor-of-safety assessment and identified a separate process question: whether the calculated displacement was acceptable for the application.

02 / PALLET STUDY

A separate structural assessment.

In January 2026, Spinula delivered a pallet FEA package to KUKA Assembly and Test. The deliverables included selected result images in a presentation and a detailed software-generated report.

The package documented materials, loads, supports, stress, displacement, and factor-of-safety outputs for the defined model.

What the work makes possible

Connect the result
to the decision.

A structural study is useful when its assumptions, outputs, and acceptance criteria are explicit. These findings apply to the documented models and loading conditions.
