Project inquiries

When you submit a project inquiry, Spinula receives your name, company, email, optional phone number, selected service, and project summary. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss the services you asked about.

Form delivery

We use FormSubmit to process the contact form and deliver it to sales@spinula.com. Your information is transmitted to that service over an encrypted connection. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its data handling practices. Please do not include confidential drawings, passwords, or sensitive project files in the initial inquiry; we can agree on an appropriate exchange process.

Technical information

Our hosting and network providers may process request information such as IP addresses, browser details, and access logs to deliver and protect this website. Article search and topic filters run in your browser and do not send your search terms to Spinula.

Questions and requests

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry details held by Spinula, contact sales@spinula.com. Information may need to be retained where required for an ongoing project or applicable obligations.
